We do not charge our clients per hour but rather according to the services they require and/or their budget, so that they can get the help they need at a rate they can afford!

We assist with data capturing, document editing, liaising with clients, email management including enquiries, complaints, and filtering of emails and forwarding them to the relevant departments.
