We do not charge our clients per hour but rather per project to ensure that you only pay for services rendered and therefore save more money that you can throw back into your business.

How we can help

Administration

We assist with data capturing, updating of spreadsheets, email management including enquiries, complaints, and filtering of emails and forwarding them to the relevant departments. Should you require telephonic assistance we can provide you with a dedicated telephone line to which you can divert your calls so that we can handle your telephonic enquiries or take messages, etc. when your office is closed. We assist in ordering of supplies, research, and document editing. We provide any other administration support you may need.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

We manage your diary and remind you of meetings, doctors’ appointments, your child’s concert, etc. We schedule meetings on your behalf and make travel arrangements, book hotels, conference rooms, organise small events, and more. Should you require telephonic assistance we can provide you with a dedicated telephone line to which you can divert your calls so that we can take messages for you when you are unavailable. We provide any other personal assistant support you may need.

More Services
Creditors & Debtors

We assist with capturing and processing of all invoices and ensure that all payments that need to be made contain all the necessary required information. We capture invoices from all supporting documentation supplied by your finance division so that they can just load payments and go. We work closely with your finance division and ensure that invoices are paid timeously and correctly. If required, we will also email proof of payments to your clients/suppliers. We provide any other creditors & debtors support you may need.
